What is the share of each heir from the deceased's inheritance if the heirs are as follows: the mother, one daughter, and three full brothers?

If a person dies leaving a mother, one daughter, and three full brothers, and no other heirs, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and a plurality of siblings. The daughter receives one-half because she is a single female. The remaining portion goes to the full brothers by virtue of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), distributed equally among them. The inheritance is divided into eighteen shares: the mother receives three shares, the daughter nine shares, and each full brother two shares. It must be noted that matters of inheritance are critical and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, such cases must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the inheritors.
