Is it permissible to evict the tenant from the shop after the grandfather's death, especially since the grandfather bequeathed it before his passing?

If the grandfather did not donate, bequeath, or endow the shop to this person during his lifetime, then after his death, it transfers to his heirs. The heirs have the right to rent the shop to this person or to others, or to sell it, or to utilize it in any permissible way. This person does not have an inherent right to remain in the shop, unless his lease agreement has a known duration, in which case he has the right to fulfill it, because a lease agreement is not invalidated by the death of the lessor.
