Are the wife and her infant considered sinful if they benefit from money earned by the husband through unlawful means, despite her disapproval and fear of being expelled if she objects?

If the husband intends to borrow with interest (riba), the wife must forbid him from doing so, because it is one of the major sins and is not permissible except in cases of necessity. It is permissible to benefit from the borrowed money because the prohibition relates to the borrower's responsibility.
