There is no sin upon you for your brother's participation in prohibited commercial insurance, even if he used a copy of your ID card, because you were unaware of his intention or the type of insurance. You had also asked him not to use a copy of your ID. And stay away from obsessive whispers (waswas), for they corrupt one's religion and worldly life. What is incumbent upon someone afflicted with waswas is to seek refuge in Allah from Satan and to turn away from these whispers.
