Do the sons of the brother from the mother's side only inherit in the absence of any other heir, even if the deceased accumulated his wealth by himself?

The estate of the deceased is distributed as follows: The wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of a lineal descendant. The children of the brother from the mother's side are among the kindred (dhawu al-arham) and inherit by way of tanzeel (descent), meaning they are placed in the position of those through whom they are related. In this case, the children of the brother from the mother's side inherit one-sixth as a fixed share (fard), then they inherit the remainder of the estate by رد ( رد, return), and they divide it equally among themselves (the female receiving a share equal to that of the male). The wife does not have a share in the رد (return).
