Is it considered unlawful (haram) or lawful (halal) for a hospital to exploit non-Jordanian doctors by making them work without pay, under the pretext of their consent, while Jordanians enjoy all privileges?

The employee must abide by work laws and regulations, in general obedience to the command to fulfill contracts and conditions, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts," and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If the worker willingly accepts to work without compensation, he is not considered oppressed thereby.
