The answer

The method of purifying madhi (pre-seminal fluid) does not differ from the method of purifying urine according to the majority of scholars; the area contaminated by the impurity must be washed. Some scholars are of the opinion that madhi necessitates washing the penis and testicles with the intention of worship.

As for television series that include elements forbidden by Islamic law, such as musical instruments (ma'azif) or images of immodestly dressed women, watching them is (forbidden).

Regarding the male organ, it does not become impure after a wet dream, because mani (sperm/seminal fluid) is pure according to the most authoritative opinion.
