Is it permissible for me to publish books of knowledge with money acquired from usurious interest, and to distribute them publicly without investigating who will benefit from them, due to the difficulty of distributing them to a limited number of individuals?

Ill-gotten wealth is to be spent on the general welfare of Muslims, including the publication of beneficial books, while striving to choose those that are most beneficial and distributing them to those who deserve them. It is also permissible to give it to the poor and needy, and it becomes lawful for them. The poor person may then spend it on himself and his family as charity.
