ما هو التعريف الواضح والمفصل لـ "غض البصر عن المرأة الأجنبية"؟

Allah Almighty commanded the believers to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned that a Muslim is allowed the first glance (the sudden glance), but not the second. The Sunnah clarifies that the first glance is the unintentional, sudden glance, while the second glance is forbidden because it is by choice. It is generally impermissible to intentionally look at a non-mahram woman, with the exception of an elderly woman and a very young girl, due to the absence of temptation. Exceptions also include cases of necessity or recognized needs, such as a doctor examining a woman, or a man looking at a woman to testify for or against her. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of looking with lust at anyone who is not permissible for one to look at.
