Does sleeping on one's stomach, with the possibility of seminal discharge during the daytime in Ramadan, constitute masturbation that invalidates the fast, especially if the sleep is due to insomnia and not with the intention of ejaculation?

Originally, sleeping on the stomach is disliked except for an excuse, due to the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, this is a lying down which Allah Almighty dislikes." So, if it is scientifically proven that sleeping on the stomach is beneficial for alleviating insomnia, then there is no harm upon you. If that is not proven, it might be a whisper from Satan, so you should seek refuge in Allah and strive against yourself. If you sleep on your stomach without intending masturbation and semen is released, it is a wet dream which does not invalidate the fast and requires ghusl.
