Do altercations that occur between pilgrims during Tawaf, whether by hand or by word, without swearing, invalidate Hajj or necessitate expiation?

If the pushing and shoving is due to overcrowding and not intentional, there is no sin in it. However, if it leads to harm to oneself or others, then it is forbidden. Crowding is forbidden if it results in harm or a religiously prohibited matter. As for the words, if they are for warning, there is no sin in them. But if they are inherently forbidden or incite hatred and animosity, then they are forbidden and considered among the acts of disobedience and prohibited disputation. Hajj is a means of love and cooperation, and Allah has forbidden disputation during it. Whoever commits any of this crowding or prohibited disputation must repent. Their Hajj is valid and fulfills the obligation, but their reward will be diminished by the extent of the blameworthy disputation that occurred.
