Is it permissible for a brother who is employed but does not go to work and receives a salary to eat and dress from that money?

This brother should advise his brother and make it clear to him that he is not entitled to the salary unless he performs the work assigned to him, and he should show him the fatwas that clarify this. If the brother has no income other than this salary, which he receives unlawfully, then it is not permissible for his brother to eat at his house, wear his clothes, or accept his gift.
