Does the meeting of the two circumcised parts necessitate Ghusl, like Janabah?

The meeting of the two circumcised parts and the disappearance of the glans into the vagina necessitates ghusl (definition), even if ejaculation does not occur, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "When he sits between her four branches and then strives hard, ghusl becomes obligatory, whether he ejaculates or not." As for their mere meeting without penetration, it does not necessitate ghusl. And the hadith (definition) "Water is only from water," which indicates that ghusl is not obligatory without ejaculation, is an abrogated hadith, and the Ummah has unanimously agreed that the meeting of the two circumcised parts with penetration necessitates ghusl, even if ejaculation does not occur.
