Will deeds be raised if there is animosity between two friends, one of whom wronged the other and cut ties with her, and the other cannot forgive her due to her mistreatment? And if she forgives her secretly, will her deeds be raised?

If the woman's situation as described is accurate, then a graceful separation (hajr jameel) and keeping distance from her is better than interacting with her, because interaction might bring harm in religious or worldly matters and increase animosity and hatred. Graceful separation is to cease interaction without causing harm or reproach. Separation for a legitimate religious reason does not prevent deeds from being raised [to Allah], but rather it is the quarrels that lead to animosity and mutual hatred that prevent it.
