What is the ruling on taking a decisive oath in court regarding a claim of a trust receipt, knowing that part of the oath is true and the other part is false, and that an oath cannot be divided?

It is not permissible for you to swear falsely denying receipt of the amount you received, for lying is forbidden, and swearing upon it is even more forbidden. You can sue this person and obtain your right through the judiciary.
