What is the legal ruling regarding the marriage of a man who discovered a defect in his wife three months after the marriage, while she is pregnant, and neither the wife nor her parents informed him of this defect?

The majority of jurists hold that defects necessitating disclosure before betrothal, which establish the right to annulment, are those that make intercourse impossible or those that are repulsive and contagious diseases. If the defect in your wife is of this nature, it should have been disclosed before marriage, and you would have the right to annulment because of it, unless you remained silent and accepted it. However, if the defect is not of this kind, or if you accepted it, then you do not have the right to annulment. If you do not desire her, you may divorce her, and she will have all the rights of divorced women. Patience with her is better, especially since she is pregnant, and Allah may place much good in that. The existence of affection requires patience, overlooking faults, and focusing on the good aspects. Allah Almighty says: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good." And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman. If he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
