Is working with a forged certificate permissible if the work is done proficiently?

Whoever possesses competence and qualification in any field of knowledge is permitted to practice their profession based on their knowledge, even if they do not possess a certificate. However, since people in this era do not believe in a person's qualification except through a certificate, deception or fraud is not permissible. Therefore, if a certificate is an essential condition for work, then working with a forged certificate is not permissible. But if its presence is symbolic and experience is more important, then it is permissible to work with it.
