Is reciting the Qur’an beneficial for the fetus and does it facilitate delivery for a pregnant woman?

The entire Quran is a healing and a mercy for the believers, and some surahs or verses have specific properties for healing through the Quran. Al-Suyuti in "Al-Itqan" and Al-Bayhaqi in "Al-Da'awat" reported from Ibn Abbas that for a woman experiencing difficult childbirth, the following should be written for her: "In the name of Allah, there is no god but Him, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, the Exalted, Lord of the Great Throne. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. 'The Day they see it, it will be as if they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning.' 'The Day they see what they are promised, it will be as if they had not remained [in the world] except for an hour of a day. [This is] a notification.' So will any be destroyed except the defiantly disobedient people?" Then she should drink it.

Ibn Al-Qayyim mentioned in "Al-Tibb Al-Nabawi" that Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal used to write this supplication for a woman experiencing difficult childbirth on a clean vessel, and he also mentioned a similar story from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, concerning our master Jesus, peace be upon him, in helping a cow with difficult labor.

Ibn Al-Qayyim also mentioned writing the verses from "When the heaven is split asunder" to "And casts out what is within it and relinquishes [her burden]" on a clean vessel for the pregnant woman to drink from, and for it to be sprinkled on her abdomen. These incantations were tried by some of the Salaf and are not a confirmed Sunnah (definition).
