To whom does custody belong for a one-year-old daughter who is still breastfeeding from her divorced mother who has remarried?

If a divorced woman marries a foreign man, the custody of the child transfers to her mother, then to those next in line according to the order of entitlement. If custody transfers to the father, the child being an infant does not prevent his entitlement to custody. In this case, the father must hire someone to nurse the child from his own money, or from the child's money if the child has any. The mother is not prevented from nursing her child if she wishes to do so, as she has a greater right to nurse him than a stranger, unless she demands a higher fee than what a stranger would charge.
