Is Sheikh Al-Huwayni one of the Qaidiyyah Khawarij? And what are the beliefs of those who claim that, and what are their proofs?

Abu Ishaq al-Huwayni is not from the-Khawarij; rather, he is a defender of the Sunnah, and the scholar Al-Albani praised him. The sedentary Khawarij are those who incite rebellion but do not fight themselves, and among them was Imran ibn Hittan. The Khawarij excommunicate Muslims for their sins and deem their blood permissible.
