Who were the two Companions whom the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent to give the people of Medina the good news of the Muslims' victory in the Battle of Badr?

The two Companions were: Abdullah ibn Rawaha and Zayd ibn Harithah. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent Abdullah ibn Rawaha to the people of Al-Aliyah and Zayd ibn Harithah to the people of As-Safiliah to give them the glad tidings of the conquest of Makkah, after the Jews and hypocrites had spread false rumors about his death. Upon the arrival of the two bearers of good news, joy enveloped the city, and the leaders of the Muslims went out to welcome the Messenger and congratulate him on the victory.
