What is the ruling on ghusl from janabah if there is black dirt inside an opening in the private parts, with part of it on the skin? Does it prevent water from reaching the skin? Do the missed prayers have to be repeated because of it? Is it permissible to adopt the view of Ibn Taymiyyah on this issue?

Ghusl is sufficient even with dirt present if it does not prevent water from reaching the skin, or if it is minor and prevents water from reaching based on the madhhab of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and those who agreed with him. In this case, there is no need to repeat previous prayers. It is worth noting that whatever cannot be removed from the skin and scales except with pain does not require removal, and purification is sufficient with its presence.
