What is the way to draw closer to Allah and to reflect upon Allah's blessings and the Hereafter, considering the physical collapse and loss of consciousness that befalls me when I do so?

Fear of Allah and the heart's humility through reciting His Book are among the most excellent acts of worship, and a servant should preserve them. However, this fear should not lead to despair of Allah's mercy or abandonment of righteous deeds, because despair of Allah's mercy is one of the gravest major sins. A Muslim should be moderate in their life, remembering death to strive in acts of obedience, and holding good expectations of their Lord.
