Is it permissible for a person afflicted with سلس البول (urinary incontinence) to pray with a single ablution if he performs Wudu before the prayer time, such as performing Wudu for the Duha prayer and then praying Dhuhr with the same Wudu, or performing Wudu before Fajr and then praying Fajr with that Wudu?
