What is the ruling on speaking with a girl over the phone before marriage, after her family's initial approval?

The fiancé is a stranger to his fiancée, and Islamic guidelines must be adhered to. Communication by phone is permissible if the conversation is appropriate, free from submissive speech or softening of the voice, and the man's enjoyment, and provided there is a necessity or need. It is preferable to expedite the marriage to block the path of Satan and achieve chastity.
