"Seeking a wife through permissible means and according to Islamic guidelines is permissible, and seeking assistance from someone who can help in this regard is also permissible. There is no impediment to a person asking another to search for a wife through legitimate means, even if there is an agreed-upon financial compensation for it, because it falls under permissible benefits for which compensation is allowed. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the permissibility of compensation for permissible benefits."
