Is "Al-Baqi" one of Allah's Most Beautiful Names, and if not, what should someone named "Abd Al-Baqi" do? And is Allah described as Al-Hannan, as in the saying "O Lord, O Hannan"?

The names "Al-Baqi" (The Ever-Enduring) and "Al-Hannan" (The Most Compassionate) are mentioned among the Beautiful Names of Allah. Therefore, naming someone "Abd al-Baqi" (Servant of the Ever-Enduring) is permissible, as is saying "Ya Rabb, Ya Hannan" (O Lord, O Most Compassionate).

Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar cited several narrations of Allah's Beautiful Names, mentioning "Al-Baqi" in one and "Al-Hannan" in another.

However, the form "Al-Hanin" (The Yearning) is not mentioned among Allah's Beautiful Names.

Al-Azhari clarified that "Al-Hannan" is one of Allah Almighty's names, meaning "The Most Merciful."
