It is evident that you are experiencing some (whispers/obsessive thoughts), therefore we advise you to disregard them and not pay attention to them, as this is the beneficial cure for them. Your excessive washing of the lips is unnecessary; rather, it is a result of waswas, so do not repeat such an action. Saliva is not considered a barrier, and the outer part of the lips can be reached by water easily, so there is no need for such meticulousness. Your ablution is valid and is not invalidated by what you have done, even if you drank from the ablution water.
