I ask Your Eminence about the name of my daughter, Arwa, and there is much talk about it?

There is no legal impediment to being named "Arwa"; it is a well-known name from ancient times among the Companions and their successors, and it is derived from "al-riyy" (fullness/satiation). It was borne by female Companions such as Arwa bint Abd al-Muttalib and Arwa bint Kurayz, the mother of Uthman ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with them.
