Is there a supplication not to sell the house from which the questioner does not wish to move, knowing that he has no recourse but supplication, and that there is no valid reason for moving?

There is no specific supplication for selling a house, and it is not advisable to supplicate with that due to not knowing where the good lies. One should supplicate with general supplications, such as asking for a spacious dwelling and a good neighbor, like the supplication of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a bad neighbor in the permanent abode, for the neighbor in this world moves away," and the supplication: "O Allah, forgive my sin, and expand my dwelling for me, and bless what You have provided for me." It is also recommended to seek Allah's guidance (istikharah) before selling or leaving a house.
