Is the Hadith, "Deeds are only by intentions, and verily for every man is what he intended," among the Qudsi Hadiths? What is the difference between Qudsi Hadiths and Prophetic Hadiths? And is the number of Qudsi Hadiths forty or forty-two?

The definitions of both Hadith Qudsi and Hadith Nabawi have been previously provided. Among the hadiths compiled by Al-Nawawi, some are Qudsi, such as: "Whoever shows enmity to a friend (wali) of Mine, I shall be at war with him," and "O son of Adam, as long as you invoke Me and place your hope in Me." Others are Nabawi, and these are the majority, such as: "Indeed, actions are by intentions," and "Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt."
