What is the expiation for someone who swore not to do something, then did it repeatedly, and she is not working; does she expiate from her husband's money or does she fast, and how many days of fasting are there?

If multiple oaths are taken concerning a single matter and then broken, only one expiation (kaffarah) is required. However, if the oaths pertain to different matters, or if the breaking of oaths is repeated, then according to the majority of scholars, an expiation is required for each oath. According to the Hanbalis, only one expiation is required as long as it has not been performed. In the case of not knowing the number of oaths, you should act based on your best judgment (ghalabat al-dhann), or follow the Hanbalis by performing a single expiation. If you do not possess the means to feed the poor, then the obligation is to fast for three days for each oath. The husband is not obliged to provide you with what you need for expiation through feeding.
