Is it permissible for heirs who are managing the estate's assets to take a portion of the profits without informing the other heirs, especially if they believe this is their right in exchange for their work?

The money left behind is an inheritance for the heirs, to be divided among them according to their legal share. The share of the absent individual is set aside until he returns. As for the share of the minor, the judge appoints a guardian over it to preserve and grow it until the minor reaches maturity and discernment, at which point his money is given to him. It is not permissible for elder siblings to take from the profits of their younger siblings unless they have been appointed as guardians by the judge and what they may take has been specified. It is also not permissible to dispose of the shares of absent individuals except with their permission; otherwise, it is an unauthorized disposition.
