What are the tribulations of life and death? And is democracy part of the tribulation of the Dajjal?

The Prophet's hadiths mention seeking refuge from the trials of life and death, and from the trial of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal). "The trials of life" (fitnat al-mahya) refer to the temptations a Muslim faces during their life, such as sins, innovations (bid'ah), and disbelief (kufr). "The trials of death" (fitnat al-mamat) include what occurs at the moment of death, such as Satan's attempt to mislead a person, and the trial of the grave when the two angels question one. As for "the trial of the Antichrist," it is the greatest trial on the face of the earth, but it has no relation to the issue of democracy.
