Is there any doubt about learning, teaching, and working with the Spanish language?

There is no objection to learning Spanish or other foreign languages, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded Zayd ibn Thabit to learn Syriac. There is also no harm in working in a field that involves communication in this language, as long as the work is free from Sharia violations.
