Did the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, meet the prophets during the Isra’ (Night Journey) with their souls or with their physical bodies, and did any of those praying in Al-Aqsa Mosque or its guardian see them?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, met with the prophets and led them in prayer as a congregation on the night of Al-Israa’ wal-Mi’raj, both in spirit and body. This is what the authentic hadiths indicate. In the hadith, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, described his meeting with Musa, Isa, and Ibrahim, peace be upon them, and his leading them in prayer. The manner of this is among the unseen matters that must be believed without doubt. Allah has praised those who believe in the unseen in the Qur’an. There is no need to know details such as the presence of guards or worshippers in Al-Aqsa Mosque at the time of Al-Israa’, as this does not affect the belief in the event.
