What is the ruling on speculation in the shares of permissible or mixed companies that Al-Shibili, Al-Osaimi, and Al-Fawzan have deemed lawful, and is it permissible to speculate in them without dispute?

"The ruling on speculation in stocks in general and in mixed companies in particular has been previously explained, and those who asked can review the fatwas regarding this. If scholars issue a fatwa permitting you to buy shares in a company, you may follow them. However, if you are cautious and avoid what is disputed, it would be purer for your religion.
