Is the prayer valid if there is ritual impurity (najāsa) on the bandage wrapped around a wound?

The bandage tied over a wound takes the ruling of a splint (jabeerah). If it is afflicted by impurity such as urine or blood, and you are able to wash it without harm, then you must do so; otherwise, your prayer will be invalid. However, if washing the impurity would harm the wound, then wash what you can, then wipe over the bandage, and your prayer will be valid. It is also not obligatory to wash the blood located beneath the bandage if that would harm the wound.
