Is it permissible for someone who watches movies and listens to music to lead congregational prayers (imam) in the Salat, especially when no one else is available to lead?

Listening to songs that include musical instruments and obscene language, and watching forbidden movies are prohibited. The one who does so must stop, repent, and feel remorse, for repentance erases what came before it, and persistence in minor sins transforms them into major ones. Prayer behind someone who commits these prohibitions is valid, but committing them is more egregious if it comes from someone who is perceived as good and leads Muslims in prayer.
