What is the authenticity of the circulated story about an incident that occurred between Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas and Uthman ibn Affan during the era of Umar ibn al-Khattab, which led to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioning the supplication, "There is no god but You; glory be to You! Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers"? And is it permissible for men to listen to audio da'wah lessons by women online and watch their da'wah programs in video clips?

The story mentioned in this form has not been seen, but there are narrations, some of which are found in Musnad Ahmad and Al-Bazzar, from Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, that he passed by Uthman and greeted him, but Uthman did not return the greeting. Sa'd complained to Umar about what happened, so Umar sent for Uthman and asked him about the reason for not returning the greeting. Uthman denied it, then he remembered and said that he was talking to himself about a word he heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, which he never remembered but his sight and heart became clouded. It is the supplication of Dhul-Nun: "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers." For no Muslim supplicates to his Lord with it concerning anything ever but He responds to him. It is permissible for men to listen to women's lessons and watch their video clips if they adhere to Islamic guidelines.
