Text of the Hadith: On the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both), the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Woe to the heels from the Fire. Perform ablution thoroughly."

Meanings: Woe (ويل): A threat, punishment, and warning. Heels (الأعقاب): The back part of the foot. Prayer has almost overtaken us (أرهقتنا الصلاة): Its time was almost expiring.

Warning against negligence: A Muslim must beware of negligence in matters that seem simple, as they may be great in the sight of Allah.
