Praise be to Allah for your piety, and this is how a believer should hold himself accountable before being held accountable. There is no sin upon you for the error that occurred, for you did what you could by alerting the school. The error was theirs, not yours, so there is no blame upon you. Leave the whispers and focus on your studies.
