What is the ruling on praying 'Isha individually at the beginning of its time, as opposed to praying it in congregation with brothers in the second third of the night, along with clarifying the virtue of praying at the beginning of its time and the difference in status between one who prays it at the beginning of its time and one who delays it?

Performing prayer on time is one of the most beloved deeds to Allah. Delaying it is permissible in two cases: al-Ibrād (cooling time) for Dhuhr prayer when the heat is intense, and delaying 'Ishā' prayer until the first third of the night for someone praying alone or for a congregation if it does not cause them hardship. The time for 'Ishā' extends until midnight. Congregational prayer in the mosque is obligatory for able-bodied men, and it is not permissible to miss it except for a valid excuse. Delaying 'Ishā' is recommended for someone praying at home who does not hear the call to prayer, as long as it does not cause hardship or lead to missing the prayer.
