Is a man's marriage contract to a woman valid, knowing that she lied to him about her repentance from metaphorical fornication before the contract?

If the marriage fulfills the conditions of validity (especially the guardian and witnesses), then it is valid, and what is called the woman's metaphorical fornication does not affect it. The jurisprudential disagreement regarding marrying a fornicatress pertains to actual fornication that necessitates a Hadd punishment. The woman erred by informing her husband of her past sins; it was obligatory for her to conceal herself, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you commits any of these abominable deeds, let him conceal himself with Allah's concealment."
