Is the condition of divorcing the wife if a non-original version of the terms of service is used considered a void condition that is not to be acted upon?

The program owners may stipulate whatever they wish, as long as it is permissible, to protect their rights. However, administering an oath by divorce is impermissible, for an oath should only be taken by Allah Almighty. Nevertheless, if one swears by divorce and then breaks the oath, the divorce takes place.
