The answer

As for land, there is no on it as long as you did not unequivocally intend it for trade at the time of acquiring it. As for saved money, zakat is due on it if it reaches the and a hawl (lunar year) passes over it. It is more cautious to pay zakat on what you possess to avoid scholarly differences. As for debts owed to you, zakat is paid on them once you collect them, covering the past years. As for work attendance, as long as you perform your duties and are diligent with your time, you are not obligated to give charity, though if you do, it is better for you. As for secondment allowances, if they contradict reality, it is not permissible to take the excess; it must be returned to your workplace or given as charity.
