It is not permissible to use the Quran instead of ordinary speech, such as saying, "Then you came, O Moses, at the appointed time," upon seeing someone, because this is using it out of its proper context. As for using it for inference and as evidence for a legal ruling, it is permissible, provided one knows the meaning of the verse and its point of indication; otherwise, it is not permissible to use it as evidence.
