Is it permissible to supplicate for mending the relationship between a person and his female teacher after suspicion and hatred have crept in between them, and is this supplication pleasing to Allah?

It is permissible to supplicate to Allah to mend the relationship between the student and her teacher, and this is something Allah loves. One should strive to remove the causes of animosity through kindness, forgiveness, and good assumptions, for Allah Almighty commanded reconciliation in His saying: {So fear Allah and amend that which is between you} (Quran 8:1). This includes improving one's character and forgiving those who do wrong. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that mending relations is superior to the rank of fasting, prayer, and charity. The teacher should be respected and her rights observed.
