Does not completing the prayer prevent the acceptance of good deeds?

Completing the prayer is among the best deeds, and intentionally neglecting its conditions and pillars is a grave danger. Some scholars have gone as far as to say that whoever prays without ablution intentionally is a disbeliever. The majority opinion, however, is that such a person is not guilty of major disbelief, and their other good deeds are accepted, provided there is no legal impediment.
