ما هو حكم الذي سمع أذان الفجر ولم يقم للصلاة؟

Whoever hears the call to Fajr prayer or any other prayer is obligated to promptly prepare to perform the prayer with the congregation, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to the blind man: "Do you hear the call to prayer?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then respond." And whoever hears the Adhan and does not prepare to pray with the congregation at the beginning of its time is negligent in his duty, squandering much good. Laziness concerning Fajr prayer is a characteristic of the hypocrites.
